8e8 Terms and Conditions of Use — Full English Version

1Introduction & Acknowledgement

By accessing or using the 8e8 (8e8.pro) platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the 8e8 platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 8e8 and every registered or unregistered user of the platform. They cover all matters relating to account registration, payments, bonus usage, gaming conduct, security, and responsible gaming.

2Account Register

To open an account with 8e8, you must provide the following information accurately:

• An active Bangladeshi mobile number (registered with Mobile Banking/Nagad/Rocket)
• Full Name (as it appears on your National ID)
• Date of birth (must be 18 or older)
• Strong password (at least 8 characters, combining letters and numbers)

Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited. 8e8 reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts at any time without prior verification.

3Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use the 8e8 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Online gaming must be legal in the country from which you are accessing the platform
• Must be of sound mental capacity
• The account must be operated in your own name and for your own benefit

4Account Security

Keeping your 8e8 account secure is your own responsibility. You must:

• Do not share your password with anyone
• Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is strongly encouraged
• Any suspicious activity must be reported to our support team immediately
• Always log out after using a public or shared device

8e8 will not be held liable for unauthorized access to your account unless a fault within our own systems is proven.

5Deposits & Payments

8e8 currently supports the following payment methods:

• Mobile Banking (Personal & Agent)
• Nagad (Direct Transfer)
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking)
• USDT (TRC-20 network)

Minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. You must use a payment method registered in your own name when making a deposit. Deposits made through a third party will be considered void and may not be refunded.

6Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from 8e8:

• KYC verification must be completed
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the deposit
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours. Delays may occur in some cases due to bank holidays or payment gateway issues.

7Bonuses & Promotions

Each bonus and promotion on 8e8 has its own specific terms. Claiming a bonus means you agree to its applicable conditions. In general:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the required wagering amount must be completed first
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion
• If bonus abuse is detected (via multiple accounts or manipulation), the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited
• 8e8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

8Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed while playing on 8e8:

• Each game has its own rules and RTP rate — please read the rules before you start playing
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the stake will be refunded
• 8e8 is not liable for any bets lost due to server or network issues
• If you have concerns about the outcome of any game, submit a complaint to support — a decision will be made after reviewing the game logs

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8e8:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering under multiple identities for the purpose of exploiting bonus offers
• Using software bots or automated methods to play games
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose
• Intimidating, harassing, or deceiving other users
• Exploiting system or game vulnerabilities to manipulate outcomes
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform

10Account Suspension and Closure

8e8 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions
• Providing false information during KYC verification
• Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes
• Under court order or directive from a regulatory authority

If an account is suspended and no irregularities are found upon investigation, any valid balance will be returned. However, 8e8 reserves the right to forfeit balances where a breach of the rules has been established.

11Responsible Gaming

• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)
• Financial losses from gaming — all games are inherently based on chance and risk

14Changes to Terms & Conditions

8e8 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• A notice will be published on the platform's homepage
• SMS notifications may be sent to your registered mobile number
• At least 7 days' notice will be given for major changes
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms

15Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our support team first. We are committed to responding to all valid complaints within 48 hours.

• If a complaint is not resolved within 30 days of submission, arbitration may be pursued
• In the event of any dispute, 8e8's game logs and server records will be treated as the final and conclusive evidence
• Both parties are expected to act honestly and cooperatively during dispute resolution
